Welcome to Casa Feliz, the beautifully restored Spanish Farmhouse designed by acclaimed architect James Gamble Rogers II. In the heart of Winter Park, Casa Feliz is the ideal setting for your next celebration or business event. The exterior of the house and grounds provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings and parties. The rich textures of original Spanish roof tiles and whitewashed century-old bricks... a turret, a bell tower and a heavy timber balcony detailed in colors of the Mediterranean... lush landscaping--courtyards and sweeping oaks, and native plants contained by ancient clay amphoras. The interiors have been skillfully refurbished to their original splendor. The rich details of the house--the living room's vaulted ceiling of massive hand-hewn beams; the heavily carved European antiques accenting each room; a Majolica-tiled interior courtyard and fountain; arched doorways and a circular staircase--evoke 19th Century Spain.

VISITING CASA FELIZ
CASA FELIZ VISITING HOURS
Tuesday and Thursday 10 am - 12 noon
Sunday 12 noon - 3 pm
Casa Feliz hosts public open houses each Sunday between 12 and 3 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 10 am and 12 noon. Wedding and event tours are by appointment only. Please contact our Event Designer Marie at 407.628.0230 or email@example.com to set up an appointment. The purpose of the open houses is to share the Casa Feliz story: the architecture and legacy of James Gamble Rogers II, the house's historic contributions to the community and its architectural landscape and how the house came to catalyze historic preservation in Winter Park. Trained docents are available during open houses to offer house tours to the public. Concurrent with the Sunday open house is "Music at the Casa," Each week, a different musical group performs in Casa's main parlor. These groups represent a broad range of musical genres: jazz, classical, pops, music and dance of Latin origin, bluegrass and folk. The concerts are always free and open to the public. The hope is to draw people into the house through music, and to share with them the Casa Feliz story and the importance of historic preservation while they're visiting.
